He is survived by: his children, Dawn, Margaret (Greg), Cyndy (John) and Michael (Mike); his grandchildren, Meredith, Matthew (Jasmine), Michael (Brittany), Taylor (Lucas), Jonathan, Andrea (Mike), Sarah (Sondra), David (Noah) and Kathryn; and his great grandchildren, Isla, Jackie, Jolene and Stevie Grace.
