It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Welling (Moncton, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Welling and Elizabeth Welling. He is survived by: his children, Andy Welling (Jennifer) of Riverview, Mark Welling (Micaela) of Pefferlaw, ON, Tom Welling (Hope) and Kathy Vander Zwaag (Craig) of Bridgewater, NS; his siblings, George Welling of Shediac Cape, Fred Welling (Christine) of Ottawa, Walter Welling (Marie) of Shediac and Lizabeth Welling of Shediac Cape; and his grandchildren, Riley, Shay, Celina, Samuel, Alice, Oliver, Annika, Dexter and Justice.

“My heartfelt condolences go out to Bob's friends and family. My memories of Bob are largely related to the sports subject area. These sports included softball, badminton and volleyball. The first two were quite common in Shediac cape. While I was in high school Bob invited me and a few others my age to play volleyball in Moncton at the New Brunswick Community College which commenced a lifelong interest in the game of volleyball for me. I thank Bob for that opportunity. Regards ..Tom Bateman”
