He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oakley and Minnie Oakley (Purdy); his brother Jim; and his granddaughter Megan. He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Bonnie Beers, Wendy Oakley, Bill Oakley and Tom Oakley; his sister Amy Keddy; his grandchildren, Scott, Alex (Jolaine), Katie and Ben (Brittany); and his great grandchild Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions there will be a private family service at The Harrisville United Church on June 27, 2020.
