He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tingley and Hazel Tingley (Lounsbury); his wife Joyce; and his sister Lorna. He is survived by: his brother Gerald (Trallawny); his children, Mary of Fredericton, Nancy Land (Jeff) of Hillsborough and James Tingley (Anne) of Charlottetown, PE; his grandchildren, Molly, Edward Tingley and Alice Land; and his caregivers, Nora, Lucy, Divina and Evelyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Those attending either the visitation or funeral service will be required to show proof of vaccine, as well as wear a mask, and maintain social distancing.
