She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean-Baptiste Surette and Jeanne Surette (Bastarache); and her siblings, Alfreda Léger (late Jean-Paul), Odule, Valmond, Roger and Clarence (late Ethel).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Léger (Pat) of Meadow Brook, Ron Jr. (Rachelle) of Moncton and Jocelyn Léger of Dieppe; her friend Bill; her grandson Marc (Monique); her great grandchild Chanelle; her great great grandchild Trayvon; and her sisters-in-law, Francis Surette of Moncton and Stella Surette of Shediac. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre (88 Church St, Moncton, NB E1C4Z5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
