He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Blackier and Irene Blackier. He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his children, David (Cathy), Peter and Madeleine; and his brothers, Edmond (Eleanor), Eric (Pat) and Ben (Gloria). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
