He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Barbour (Savoie) and DeVere Barbour. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his daughters, Amanda Savoie and Sheena Burlock (Rowland); his grandchildren, Jaiden, Kaila and Gabriel; and his siblings, Calvin Barbour (Lorna), Paul Barbour (Lynn), Linda Nabout (Nael) and Charlotte Fitzsimmons (Carl). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and extended family.
Those attending will be asked to provide proof of vaccination, wearing a mask is mandatory while inside the funeral home.
If so desired, memorial donations in Stephen's memory can be made to Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation (Cardiac Unit).
