He is survived by: his wife Shirley Francis (Francis) of Elsipogtog; his children, Stephanie Francis (Alex) of Fredericton, Carol Hillman (Mark) of Elsipogtog, Maureen Peters of Elsipogtog, Paul Stephen Francis (Beverly) of Elsipogtog, Lorne Francis of Elsipogtog, Johnny Francis of Fredericton, Illya Francis (Candace) of Elsipogtog, Bronson Francis (Kristen) of Elsipogtog and Grant Sock (Samantha) of Bouctouche; his stepchildren, Maryann Tomah of Fredericton, Eric Tomah of Fredericton and Robyn Tomah of Fredericton; his daughter-in-law Julia Francis of Fredericton; his close friend Jade Hillman; and his siblings, Janie Heemskerk-Diel (Rendert) of Harlingen, Netherlands, Marion Francis (Kenneth), Josie Augustine (Frank), Karen Francis, Carol Sock (Leon), Harvey Francis (Nora) of Elsipogtog and Paul Jij. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
