He was predeceased by: his parents, Philippe Williams and Exelda Williams; his wife Azélie; and his siblings, Irèné, Gérard, Camille, Cécile, Lucie, Maria and Angela.

He is survived by: his children, Guy (Adrienne), Jean (Adrienne), Eddie (Linda DesRoches), Francine (Léo) and Ella (Normand); and his siblings, Adelard (Francine), Lyda (late Alfred), Regina (Blaise) and Aldéa (late Emile). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
