It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Velma Eileen Black (Moncton, New Brunswick), who passed away at the age of 82, on May 15, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughan Black and Amy Black (Paterson); and her siblings, Wendall Black (Janet) and Norma Ross (Betty Anderson). She is survived by: her siblings, Gwendolyn Keith (late Harley), Marie Keith (late Walton), Myrna MacLeod (Stuart), Beatrice Scribner (Clifford), Alta Tait (Robert), Clara Boyd (Ronald) and Reace Black (Sandra); and her aunt Ethel Sleep (Paterson). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of Velma's life will be held from Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) with date and time to be announced.
