Wayne touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Brooks and Noëlla Brooks (Arsenault); and his siblings, Debbie and David. He is survived by: his wife Betty (Parkhill); his sisters, Donna Christie (Greg) of Moncton and Darlene Brooks of Moncton; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Hulberg (Al) of Oromocto, Bernard Caissie of Moncton and Eric Parkhill of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre (88 Church St, Moncton, NB E1C4Z5).
