He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara West (Storey); his brother Charles West; and his parents, Andrew West and Madeline West (Richardson). He is survived by: his children, Patricia West (Ramsay Anderson) of Fredericton and Kevin West (Joanne Daykin) of Carp, Ontario.; and his brother Leonard West. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
