She was predeceased by: her parents, Arne and Sylvie; her husband Jalo; and her siblings, Anita and Arto.
She is survived by: her daughter Jaana Smith; her son-in-law Jim Smith; her grandsons, Ryan Smith (Jessica) and Jordan Smith; her great grandchild Kayden Smith; her sister-in-law Kaija of Ontario; her niece Elisa (Scott); her great-niece Kaija of Ontario; and her nephew Juha of British Columbia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
