Lise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Auguste Gagné and Jeanne Gagné; her husband Alex Hoffmann; and her siblings, René, Gilles (late Reine), Charles (late Yolande), Yvon Gagné and Denise MacMillan (late Dean).

She is survived by: her son John Hoffmann (Martha); her grandchildren, Isabella McPhee (Robbie) and Samuel Hoffmann (Sylvie); her great grandchildren, Sadie Eva and Benjamin McPhee; her siblings, Micheline Gagné, Ginette Caron (Gaétan), Jacques Gagné (Réjeanne), Jean-Louis Gagné (Angela), Michel Gagné (Hélène) and Claude Gagné (Teresa); and her sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Gagné and Renee Kenny (John).
