With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Alexander O'Donnell (New Bandon Northumb Co, New Brunswick), born in McNamee, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 24, 2023 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas O'Donnell and Sadie O'Donnell (Price); and his brothers, Lawson, Blake and Wallace O'Donnell.

He is survived by : his spouse Merva O'Donnell (McAleer); his children, Adrianne McAllister (Terry) of Brockville, ON, Tara Wilson (Mike) of Fredericton, Tamara Boucher (Jeremy) of Ripples, Roma Lavigne (Leon) of Durham Bridge and Gene O'Donnell of McNamee; his grandchildren, Javan, Natalie, Robert, Callie, Alexander and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Harper, Jaylynn, Gus, Koen, Archer, Beau and Fred; and his siblings, Sandra Storey of Storeytown, Grace Wilkinson (Bill) of McNamee, Vivian O'Donnell of New Bandon, Rhonda O'Donnell of Halifax, NS and Herman O'Donnell of New Bandon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
