She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Lewis and Frances Lewis (Manzer); her husband Robert Johnsen; and her son Terry. She is survived by: her children, Robbie (Terri Lynn) of New Denmark, Eric (Jennifer) of Waasis and Karen Johnsen of Rusagonis; her daughter-in-law Kim (late Terry) of Halifax; her grandchildren, Kyle, Bradley, Vanessa, Stephanie, Nicole, Kirsten, Connor and Rhys; her great grandchildren, Colton, Thomas, Kristian, Ava, Caelen and Jaxon; her daughter-in-law Robin (late Terry) of Kentville, NS; and her sister Kathryn Longmoore (Robert) of Ottawa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
