He is survived by: his wife Deanna Reid; his children, Jerry Jr., Leslie Smith (Jay) and Tina Smith (Greg); his stepsons, Curt Reid (Amelia) and Nathan Reid (Amelia); and his sister Joyce Kennedy (Dale). He is also survived by grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
