He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey Chapman and Lilian Marion Chapman (Purves); his stepmother Kathryn Chapman; and his stepsister Jocelyn Stillwell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Faith Chapman; his children, Katelyn Campbell-Kelly (Tessa) and Kristopher Chapman (Kim); his grandchildren, Stevie, Sawyer and Harper; his stepsiblings, Carla Carney (Rodney) and Kim Stillwell (Nancy); his siblings, Beverly, Raymond and Scott; his aunt Doris; and his caregivers, Rose, Lily, Abby, DaiChi and Neuro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many extended family members, dear friends.
