He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldor Duguay and Juliette Duguay (Cormier); and his sister Albina. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Allaire Duguay; his children, Gilles (Carole), Annie Duguay (Paul Methot), Tanya Peters (Kevin), Stephanie Roy and Marc-André Roy (Karry); his grandchildren, Jessy, Britney, Joshua, Chloé, Kasen, Alice, Isabelle, Zoé and Maika; his great grandchild Felix; and his siblings, Elie (Manon), Lyne (Normand), Odette (Serge) and Huguette.
Donations in memory of Jean-Charles may be made to the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation for the Dialysis Department.
