He was predeceased by: his parents, Murvyle Jones and Bertie Jones (Crabbe); his son Danny Jones; and his siblings, Phyllis Watson and Winfred Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Jones (Harris); his children, Darren Jones (Ardith), Nancy Dickinson (Larry) and Donna Estey (Ray); his daughter-in-law Joeanne Jones; his sister Pauline Wallace; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Jones and Violet Harris Woods. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
