He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Mosher (Sheen) and Bill Mosher; his brothers, Phillip (Bernice) and Ernest; and his granddaughter Alexis McDougall.
He is survived by: his wife Jocelyn Mosher (Noël) of Oak Bay, NB; his children, Peter (Lisa) of Mayfield, NB, Elizabeth (Joseph) of Lower Sackville, NS and Mark (Kelly) of Oak Hill, NB; his stepchildren, Salisha Tatton and David Clark (Vanessa) of Saint John, NB; his grandchildren, Kael, Jayden and Lilly; and his brothers, Andrew (Marion), David (Donna) and Michael (Annette).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Humphreys' Funeral Home (20 Marks St, St Stephen, NB E3L2B2). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Humphreys Funeral Home (20 Marks St, St Stephen, NB E3L2B2). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Milltown Catholic Cemetery.
