He was predeceased by: his mother Louise (Law). He is survived by: his father Leo Clark; his wife Wanda Giberson; his sons, Leo Clark (Susan Rogers), Shawn Clark, Roger Clark and Duane Clark Jr. (James McGrath); and his sisters, Cheryl, Marilyn and Marion.
