She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cogswell and Lila Cogswell (Fullarton); her husband Wayne; and her siblings, Greta Clark, Carol Brown and Preston Clarkson.
She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Shanks; and her nieces and nephews, Lorelie MacPherson, Heidi Shanks, Mike Shanks (Jessica), Joshua Boreland, Holly Shanks and Maddie Shanks. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (16 Doyle Dr, Oromocto, NB E2V0B4).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fredericton Hospice House or the Oromocto SPCA.
