He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Miller (Orr) and George Miller; and his brother John Miller. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Kristy Hulsman (Jesse) of Fall River, NS and Wendy Ekert (Lee) of Parkland County, AB; his grandchildren, Alexa Hulsman, Addison Hulsman, Gabriel Hulsman and Eve Ekert; his sisters-in-law, Diane Janes of Saint John and Diana Miller of Saint John; and his nieces, Dyana Janes of Mississauga, ON, Danielle Janes-Deziel of Calgary, AB, Angie Henwood of Rothesay, NB and Johanna McIntyre of Lincoln, NB.
