He was predeceased by : his parents, John Sayer and Jean Sayer (Johnson); and his siblings, Barb, Frank, Stewie and Gary.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy (Taylor); his children, Lee (Shawnna), Jason, Amanda and Melissa (Yordano); and his siblings, Darwin, Cecelia and Maria. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in Lee's name would be appreciated by the family.
