He was predeceased by: his parents, David Middleton and Ruby Middleton (London); his wife Irene Middleton; and his siblings, Florence, Helen and Wendell.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Middleton (Réal), Terry Middleton (Alyson) and Troy Middleton (Angela); his grandchildren, Jason Middleton (Amanda), Jessica Matush (Cory), Allison Kalb (Chris), Ryan Middleton (Yvonne), Meagan McLaggan (Kyle) and Julia Middleton; his great grandchildren, Arya and Kaylee; and his sisters, Phyllis Welch, Shirley Patterson, Judy Thompson and Gail Tucker (Clayton). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
