It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Lee Foster (Oromocto, New Brunswick), born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Foster and Mary Foster (MacAfee); his brother Berton; and his brother-in-law Dan Gilbert (Deb). He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann Foster of Maugerville; his stepdaughters, Stephanie (Danny) and Melissa (Davey); his sister Nancy Ackerson (Paul); his grandchildren, Tyler, Austin (Kayla), Emma and Vanessa; his great grandchild Aaliyah; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Gilbert (Cathy), Mary Ellen Barker (Galane) and Debbie Tulk (Peter).

For those who wish, donations in Richard's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Association, or a charity of the donor's choice.
