He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Leigh White and Gwendolyn White (Fields); and his siblings, Leitha Glavin, Sonny White, Joyce Hahn and Marion White.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley White (Foster); his children, David White (Annette), Corey White (Tammy) and Karen White Masry (Mark); his grandchildren, Monica (Zacharie), Michael, Madison, Samara and Kate; his great grandchild Brooklyn; and his brothers, Charles and John. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Max's name to the Shriners or the IWK would be appreciated by the family.
