He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Burgess and Helen Burgess (MaGee); and his brother Raymond Burgess. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Hinchberger (Doug), Ruth Schmidt (Richard), Kathy Leasa (Gerald), Shirley Richard (Jean-Louis), Marvin Burgess (Beverly), Jack Burgess (Suzanne) and Mike Burgess (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Lower Central Norton Baptist Cemetery or to a charity of the donor's choice.
