He is survived by : his mother Pauline Russell (Watson) of Alberta; his children, Jamie Devost (Denis) of Iqaluit, NU and Richard Belfour (Vivian) of Fredericton, NB; his grandchildren, Felix and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Kimberley Russell (Mark Gaudett) of Pennfield, NB, Darren Russell (Gloria) of Pennfield, NB, Adam Russell of Pennfield, NB, Chris Russell of Pennfield, NB, Betty Jo Belliveau (J. P.) of Meteghan, NS and Marina Gallant (Leo-Paul) of Utopia, NB. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Jeff's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer or to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
