She was predeceased by: her parents, Edouard''Ti-Wood'' Poitras and Gemma Poitras (Gagnon); her husband Maurice Duguay; and her siblings, Carmel, Bernadette, Marie, Hermel, Joseph, Aurèle, Jean, Françoise and Danielle.
She is survived by: her common-law partner Michel Rivard; her children, Scott (Jackie) of Kentville, NS and Christyne Allain (Shawn) of Fredericton; her grandchildren, Claire Duguay, Jessie Allain, Alexandre Duguay and Max Allain; and her siblings, Clermont Poitras (Doris) of Grand Falls, Mario Poitras (Brigitte) of Fenton, Michigan, Yolande Burnett (Rick) of White Cove, Patrick (Jacqueline) of Miramichi, Marcelle Poitras of Fredericton, Jane McManus (Paul) of Saint John and Michelle Deschênes of Saint John. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
