He was predeceased by : his parents, Cajetan Roy and Albertine Roy (Lanteigne); his former life partner Mary Gray-Roy; and his siblings, Herménégilde, François and Marie-Rose.
He is survived by : his children, Claude Roy (Suzanne), Steve Roy (Bonnie), Daniel Roy (Rachel), Linda Roy (Rolland) and Denise Roy (Bryan); his grandchildren, Amanda, Christopher, Crystal, Samantha, Joshua, Jake and Sarah; his brothers, André Roy and Fernand Roy (Dorice); and his stepchildren, Lisette (Camille), Edouard (Suzanne) and Daniel (Phyllis).
