She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Perry and Mary Perry (Wilson); her stepparent Sandy Powers; her husband Henry Chambers; her son Maurice; and her sisters, Lillian and Donna.

She is survived by : her children, Wayne Chambers (Linda), Deborah Marsh (Harold) and Terry Chambers (Kim); her daughter-in-law Susan Chambers (late Maurice); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Breau (Andrew), Michael Chambers (Diane), Kevin Chambers (Chrissy), Stacy Hunter (Tim), Kristy Blakney (Terry), Mark Chambers (Stacy), Teri Lynn Keith (Serge), Scott Keith (Kennedy), Becky Thomas, Tasha Thomas, Troy Chambers (Robyn), Brandi Manderson (Jason), Alyssa Thorne (Jason), Trica Wade (Trevor) and Natalie Thorne. She is also survived by great grandchildren as well as several nieces and, nephews.
