We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, Helen Coulter of Plaster Rock, New Brunswick, born in Upper Blackville, New Brunswick passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Coulter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband William Coulter; her parents, Herman Arbeau and Martha Arbeau (Peterson); her daughter Lisa Munn; her son-in-law Greg Munn; and her siblings, Percy, Ben Arbeau, Pam Astle, Doris Hunter and Geraldine Doucette.

She is survived by : her sons, Tony Coulter (Joy) of Upper Blackville, NB and Richard Coulter of Edmonton; and her brother Donald Arbeau of Moncton, NB. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.

For those who wish, donations to the FWC Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
