He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Shirley and Joan Shirley (Edgar); and his son Tyler Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Shirley (Gamblin); his son Jeremy Shirley of Plaster Rock, NB; his granddaughters, Paisley and Rylie Shirley; and his siblings, Karen Schmidt (Daryl) of Alberta and Brian Shirley (Tina) of Grand Falls, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
