It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mabel Eagles of Plaster Rock, New Brunswick, born in Tabusintac, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George MacCallum and Velma MacCallum (Robertson); her husband Harry Eagles Sr.; her grandson Steven Edward Eagles; her son-in-law Reginald George; and her siblings, Arthur Neil (Leila), Avis Leiper (Whitney), Josie Christophersen (Gordon), Donald MacCallum (Glenna) and George MacCallum.

She is survived by : her children, Diane George, H. William Eagles (Sheila) of Plaster Rock, NB and Tom Eagles (Cheryl) of Plaster Rock, NB; and her grandchildren, Ryan Eagles, Daniel Eagles, Brett Eagles, Brook Eagles, Mark Eagles, Brenda Reid and Richard George. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
