Rita Jenkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Jenkins (Plaster Rock, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard McCarthy and Mary McCarthy; her husband Marven; her daughter-in-law Donna Jenkins; and her siblings, Cecil, Perley, Mary, Lorriane and Loretta.
She is survived by: her sons, Dick (Sharon) and John; her grandchildren, Tina Gibson, Tracy Lean (Dave), Tammy Jenkins (Carl), Tara Jenkins, Rick Jenkins (Paulette) and Marty Jenkins (Sara); and her great grandchildren, Cassidy Gibson, Samantha Gibson, Logan Lean, Riley Jenkins, Maya Callewaert, Jaxen Jenkins, Lily Albright and Harlow Thorn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tobique Chapel (67 Everett Ln, Plaster Rock, NB E7G 1N1). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
