She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Read and Celestia Read (Trenholm); her husband Roger; her son Douglas; her great grandchildren, Maeve and Baby Kate; and her siblings, Irene Simpson, Margaret Hamilton, Mildred Blair, Arthur, Ruben, Harvey and Vaughn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice (Ron) of Baie Verte, NB, Peggy (Thomas) of Baie Verte, NB and Kim (Robert) of Baie Verte, NB; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Goodwin; her sons, Leonard (Marilyn) of Baie Verte and Stephen (Anne) of Baie Verte; and her brother Brenton (Faye). She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren; 35 Great Grandchildren; and three Great Great Grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Mary can be made to the Baie Verte Cemetery Fund.
