Richard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, O'Neil LeBlanc and Dorice LeBlanc (Cormier) of Port Elgin; and his brother Gerald LeBlanc. He is survived by: his great-niece Kaitlyn Broughm; his wife Debby LeBlanc (Larsen); and his siblings, Jean LeBlanc (Gail) of Kingston and Marie Davis (Bryce) of Halifax. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
