He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Raynes and Crissie Raynes (Bull); his sister Joan Sweet (John); and his brothers-in-law, Douglas Murray and James Rolf.
He is survived by: his children, Alisha Crawford (Mike) of Leduc, AB, Rick (Shannon Loatman) of Nerepis, Randall (Kristen Clarke) of Summerville and Amy O'Donnell (Randy) of Quispamsis; his siblings, Kathleen Rolf, Marjorie Murray, Flo Ellis (Ron), Benjamin Raynes, John Raynes (Barb), Margaret Anne Scott (Michael) and Donald "Buck" Raynes (Holly); his grandchildren, Shelby Maguire (Matt), Will Shaw, Khloe Ekstrom, Hunter Raynes, Nick O'Donnell, Alex O'Donnell and Logan Raynes; and his great grandchild Theo Maguire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Dennis can be made to the Palliative Care Unit or Oncology Unit at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
