She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Ferris; her parents, Louis Delvallet and Mary Delvallet (Kirk); her son Michael Ferris; and her sisters, Marie Freeman (Edward), Margaritte Stubley (Keith), Norene Delvallet and Patricia Delvallet.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Waugh (Timothy) of Clifton Royal, NB, Andrea Ferris of Saint John, Diane Ferris of Saint John and David Ferris (Michelle) of Saint John; her siblings, Louis Delvallet (Catherine) of Rothesay, Peter Delvallet (Gloria) of Alberta and Leona Delvallet of Halifax, NS; her grandchildren, Keith Ferris, Marissa Ferris, Kirk Ferris, Cameron Petticrew, Abigael Ferris, Freya Ferris, Haley Waugh (Dylan) and Lauren Waugh (Reese); and her great grandchild Malcolm Allen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home (152 Pettingill Rd, Quispamsis, NB E2E3S6). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (4347 Loch Lomond Rd, Saint John, NB E2N1M4). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (327 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G2).
