He was predeceased by: his parents, George Evans and Jennie Evans (Knox); and his siblings, George, Bernard Evans and Donna Sully.

He is survived by: his wife Dale (Watts); his son Tony (Angelina); his granddaughters, Sarah, Laura and Anna; his sisters, Myrna Drew of Lower Sackville, NS and Cathy Cooper of Saint John; and his sisters-in-law, Dianne Evans and Myrna Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
