She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Saunders and Gladys Saunders; her significant other Gordon Sparks; her children, Tommy, Paul Saunders, Marilyn Cochrane and Gladys Davis; and her brothers, Burphy, Murray and George Saunders.

She is survived by : her great grandchild Lundon Wright; her children, Roy, Stanley of Quispamsis, Mary Hebert (Dennis) of Louisiana and Elizabeth Saunders of Saint John; and her sisters, Jessie Saunders of Saint John and Thelma Saunders of Saint John. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Due to Covid-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings by the Government of New Brunswick, all those 12 and older attending the service will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of a government-issued ID or proof of medical exemption.
