She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ayres and Martha Ayres (Scrivener); her husband Fenton Keirstead; her daughter Deborah Anne Keirstead; her siblings, Walter, Edward, Victor and Beatrice Ayres; and her daughter-in-law Cynthia Keirstead (Hunter).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Keirstead (Silvana) of Markham, ON, Brian Keirstead (Connie) of Quispamsis, NB and Beverley Vaughan (Danny) of Aylesford Lake, NS; her grandchildren, Cristina Keirstead, Diana Keirstead (James Bolland), Jennifer Wood (Anthony), Heather Keirstead, Mark Keirstead (Mary), Jessica Millar (Jared) and Andrew Vaughan (Cindy); her great grandchildren, Alexander, Bridget Wood, Gavin, Daphne Millar, Logan, Morgan Vaughan and Xavier Keirstead-Bolland; and her sister Patricia Tisdelle. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home (152 Pettingill Rd, Quispamsis, NB E2E3S6). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. David's United Church (7 Gondola Point Rd, Rothesay, NB E2E5J6).
