He was predeceased by : his parents, James Jeffrey and Alice Jeffrey (Lee); his nephew Scott Winters; and his brother-in-law David Smith. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Jeffrey (Bailey); his children, Lori Carr and Chris (Christina); his sisters, Sandra Smith and Heather Winters (Gary); his grandchildren, Bailey and Ashley Carr; and his nieces and nephews, Gary, Steven, Shari and Jillian.
