She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Ann Brown (Verner); her son Mark Magee (Marcus); her brothers, David Brown, Bobby Brown, Gary and Nene Settle; her cousin Johnny Verner; her uncles, Hermie Verner, Tommy Verner and John Verner; her friends, Paul Norrad, Shirley Norrad, Debbie Norrad and Tracy Perkins; Mertie Daley.
She is survived by: her brother Billy Brown; her sister-in-law Judy Brown; her children, Denise and Keith; her grandchildren, Amanda Sherwood (Scott), Marcus Magee (Ashley), Meredith Garnett, Bailey Magee, Colby Garnett and Kristin Garnett; her great grandchildren, Hazel, Everett, Willow Sherwood, Charlotte, Rachel, Vincent and Indy Magee; her cousins, Jenn Duplessis, Mike Verner of Quispamsis, Pam and Debbie Brown of Centreville; her friends, Carol Cooper and Daryl Norrad; her aunt Regina Porter; her sisters, Carol Nauss (Terry) and Lynda Wood (Joe); her former husband Charles Garnett; and her uncle David Verner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
