With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Bastarache (Quispamsis, New Brunswick), who passed away on November 26, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Levi Kelley and Mildred Kelley (Pike); and her brothers, Wesley, Peter and Colin.

She is survived by : her children, Ronald (Kyla Lee Bailey) of Calgary, AB, Peter (Tanya Underhill) of Calgary, AB and Kelley Shrubsole of Carleton Place, ON; the parent of her children Hartley Bastarache; her sisters, Susan Kelley, Rosalyn Hewitson (Allan) and Christina Darah (Michael); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Jake, Spencer, Morgan, Joe, Lisa, Cole, Jackie, Kristin and Cody. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings by the Government of New Brunswick, all those 12 and older attending the service will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of a government-issued ID or proof of medical exemption.

For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the St. Joseph's Hospital GEM unit or to the charity of the donor's choice.
