He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collier and Kathleen Collier (Carson); his former wife Norma Collier (Flynn); his siblings, Marilyn Hodgin, Rita Davidson (Robert) and Vernon Collier; and his brother-in-law Reginald Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Tony (Rika Wieczorek) of Saint John, Doug of Rothesay and Debbie Cole (Paul) of Quispamsis; his siblings, John Collier (Marie) of Rothesay and Sharron Adams of Cambridge Narrows; his siblings-in-law, Don Hodgin of Geary and Heather Collier of Mississauga, ON; his grandchildren, Patience Cole (Jason Innes), Steven Cole (Alé), Jonathan Collier, Jillian Coggan and Oliver Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Austin, Livia and Oliver. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home (152 Pettingill Rd, Quispamsis, NB E2E3S6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Ron can be made to the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation – Cancer Research, or to Bobby's Hospice.
