She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mullins and Esther Mullins (Mills); her husband Roy Tibbo; and her siblings, Calvert Mullins (Evelyn), Jacob Mullins (Margaret), Joseph Mullins (Pat), Rhoda Coulter (Bill), Frances Keeping (Waldron), Ruth Baker (Neil), Rose Smith (Ken) and Lily Coulter (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Esther Reynolds (Andrew) of Quispamsis, NB, Wade (Angie) of Harbour Breton, NL and Shawn (Barb) of La Scie, NL; her grandchildren, Marsha Jarvis (Frank), Lorna Bursey (Gerald), Emily Morgan (Jack), Katie Morgan (Brad), Keegan Reynolds, Wyatt Reynolds (Emma) and Shauna Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Mia, Olivia, Cole and Claire. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends.
