He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McQuinn and Barbara McQuinn (Clark); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Steeves, Sandi Black, Judy Black, Faye Milne, Raymond Steeves, Evan Smith and Ken Flavin.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy McQuinn (Black) of Bobby's Hospice; his sons, Jon (Jenna) of Quispamsis and Ryan (Ria) of Quispamsis; his grandchildren, Hayden, Izzy, Maddy and Cece; his siblings, Don McQuinn and Sandi McQuinn of Quispamsis; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Smith of Saint John, NB, Mary Flavin of New Glasgow, NS, Carol Sommerville (Greg) of Hampton, NB and Bill Black (Laverne) of Red Deer, AB.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home (152 Pettingill Rd, Quispamsis, NB E2E3S6). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery (12 Quispamsis Rd, Quispamsis, NB E2E1M3).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourage donations be made in memory of Wayne directly to Bobby's Hospice.
